SEO Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented SEO Operations Specialist to execute on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO tasks for multiple client websites. Working remotely, you will partner with the SEO Lead to ensure all deliverables are implemented accurately and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SEO implementation and quality assurance across client sites.
• Conduct technical SEO health audits, resolve issues, and monitor Core Web Vitals.
• Oversee content publishing processes, including pre‑launch reviews and QA.
• Manage local SEO initiatives and Google Business Profile updates.
• Track backlinks, perform backlink quality checks, and maintain SEO documentation.
• Produce regular project reports and ensure timely delivery of operational deliverables.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in local, on‑page and technical SEO.
• Highly organized self‑starter who follows processes and reviews work thoroughly.
• Proactive communicator who identifies issues early and updates stakeholders without prompting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client accounts.
