Shopper Development Manager

About the role

Join Colgate-Palmolive’s Customer Development team as a Shopper Development Manager, driving omnichannel growth and commercial excellence for key customers in Colombia. You will shape strategic direction, turn data into actionable insights, and champion innovative shopper experiences across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Translate commercial strategies into shopper programs across all channels and lead the deployment of the CD EDGE strategy.
• Co‑lead execution of the 7P strategy, aligning performance with organic growth, GTN, and net sales targets.
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis of the 7Ps, using advanced analytics and AI tools to recommend actions that increase sales, market share, and distribution.
• Manage GTN budgets with a ROI focus and govern the Growth Choices Model for resource allocation.
• Build high‑trust relationships with retail partners and internal teams (Marketing, Demand Planning, CS&L) to align priorities and win the omni‑shopper.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of progressive commercial experience in sales, retail marketing, in‑store or e‑commerce roles.
• Proven leadership managing cross‑functional projects or direct teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
• Advanced analytical abilities using data‑driven tools.
