Site Activation Manager – Hybrid (Argentina & Colombia) – Remote

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Activation Manager to lead hybrid site start‑up activities for Argentina and Colombia while operating remotely from Brazil. The role bridges multiple functional teams to ensure smooth regulatory pathways, patient enrollment, and on‑time project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing teams.
• Identify and evaluate core issues related to site start‑up, regulatory pathways and patient enrollment, and drive business decisions.
• Ensure project deliverables meet internal and client expectations, providing accurate projections, reports, risk identification and mitigation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers aligned to assigned projects.
• Oversee all start‑up deliverables from site selection through activation and lifecycle maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams in clinical research.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to manage project risks and deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for building client relationships.
