Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to operate and continuously improve a Kubernetes‑based API platform across public and private cloud environments. The role focuses on automation, tooling, and end‑to‑end incident management.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Kubernetes platform on Azure or AWS, including upgrades and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain observability tooling, runbooks and documentation to ensure actionable alerts.
• Manage incidents from response through root‑cause analysis and post‑incident reviews.
• Onboard new clients, build automation and diagnostic tools, and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on production experience with Kubernetes, preferably with a service mesh.
• Strong Linux command‑line skills and proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Experience working with a public cloud provider (Azure or AWS).
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.
