Social Media Manager

About the role

High Scale is looking for a Social Media Manager to own and grow its brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels. You will be the voice of the agency, translating innovative video advertising work into compelling social narratives that engage industry leaders and potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for High Scale’s brand.
• Create, curate and post daily content that showcases work, culture and expertise.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent, high‑quality brand presence.
• Act as the primary brand voice, responding to comments, DMs and mentions.
• Engage with industry leaders, potential clients and creative partners to build relationships.
• Collaborate with internal creative, production and marketing teams to source and repurpose campaign highlights and case studies.
• Track, report and analyze key social media KPIs, using data to refine strategy.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience managing social media for a creative agency, media company or tech brand.
• Proven track record growing professional accounts, especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple platforms and content formats.
