Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

Higher Options is seeking a Remote Social Media Marketing Manager to lead bilingual campaigns for US and Latin American clients. You will shape strategy, create content, and drive engagement across key platforms while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute social media strategy, set goals and target audiences.
• Create, schedule, and publish bilingual multimedia content ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage content calendar and coordinate with design, product, sales and support teams.
• Monitor community interactions, spot trends and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Support paid media efforts, manage budgets, and track ROI.
• Analyze KPIs, produce dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
• Research markets and competitors to uncover new opportunities in the US and Latin America.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in social media and content marketing (B2B and B2C).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written communication in both languages.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and optimize data‑driven campaigns.
• Experience leading remote teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Understanding of US and Latin American markets and cultural nuances.
