Software Engineer Consultant – Cloud Solutions

About the role

Pariveda is launching its Bogotá office and seeks a Software Engineer Consultant to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud‑based applications for its Solutions Center. The role works closely with US‑based colleagues and directly with clients, offering exposure to a variety of technologies and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain cloud‑based applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Bogotá and the United States to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Create and present demos, findings, and technical recommendations to senior executives and stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of full‑time software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English for communication with US‑based teams and clients.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia.

Required skills

• Programming languages: Python.NET, Java, JavaScript, SQL.
• Web frameworks: React, Redux, Angular, Vue.
• Mobile development: iOS, Android.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
