Software Engineer – Internal Business Applications

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain internal business applications that support daily operations across the organization. You will join a collaborative engineering team, delivering reliable, well‑structured software while expanding your technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable code following team standards.
• Model relational data and write efficient SQL queries for MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• Scale web applications to ensure performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional software.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Collaborate with fellow engineers to deliver projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in .NET or Java development.
• Strong relational database skills, including data modeling and SQL.
• Experience building web applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
