Solution Architect (Hybrid Work Schedule)

About the role

The Solution Architect supports sales by ensuring technical solutions meet customer needs and helps secure the technical close of deals. This role works across sales, services, development and other technical teams to align Quorum Software’s solutions with client workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings, provide technical expertise, and develop value propositions.
• Create product solution presentations, respond to RFPs, and deliver high‑quality software demonstrations.
• Work with account managers to map strategies, increase footprint, and act as a trusted advisor on client processes.
• Develop corporate standards and best‑practice workflows, and collaborate with product management on client expectations.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary education in a technical or business discipline with 2‑5 years of oil & gas industry experience.
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills in English, and ability to work both remotely and onsite.
• Willingness to complete background checks, medical exam and maintain any required work permits.

Required skills

• Understanding of on‑premise and cloud environments, databases and APIs.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and data query/analysis (OData, SSAS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint.
