S&OP Leader – Latin America

About the role

The S&OP Leader for Latin America drives inventory optimization, fulfillment performance, logistics productivity, and the accuracy of the Production, Sales, and Inventory (PSI) plan across the region. Working closely with Modality, Commercial, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Operations teams, the role provides data‑driven insights, identifies risks and opportunities, and leads mitigation actions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LATAM inventory strategy and governance to improve inventory turns and reduce excess, aged, or obsolete stock.
• Establish disciplined inventory monitoring routines by modality, proactively identifying risks and leading mitigation plans.
• Serve as the LATAM focal point for fulfillment escalations, coordinating regional and global stakeholders to improve on‑time delivery.
• Manage fulfillment escalations with structured urgency, ensuring clear ownership and timely communication.
• Lead and continuously improve regional S&OP and PSI processes for accurate plans and actionable insights.
• Drive logistics optimization initiatives aimed at reducing international freight costs.
• Coordinate Phase‑In, Phase‑Out, and New Product Introduction activities with Modality, Product, Commercial, and Operations teams.
• Lead materials planning for consoles, accessories, and related items to mitigate shortages.
• Lead business‑critical topics end‑to‑end while promoting process standardization, automation, and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with at least 2 years of supply‑chain or related experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and complex problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
