Sourcing Expert – AI Talent Specialist

About the role

Huzzle is looking for a full‑time, fully remote Sourcing Expert to help identify highly specialised professionals for AI training and evaluation projects. You will focus on research, searching and outreach to build strong candidate pipelines across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source difficult‑to‑find profiles across finance, accounting, software engineering, insurance, consulting and other specialist fields.
• Translate project requirements into practical sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, Boolean search and Google X‑Ray.
• Build and maintain high‑quality candidate lists, conduct personalised outreach and track the effectiveness of searches.
• Collaborate with project teams to refine sourcing approaches based on expert performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruiting, executive search, talent research or lead generation.
• Strong ability to find niche profiles beyond obvious keywords and titles.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent written English and outreach communication.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently on multiple domains simultaneously.
