Sourcing Manager – Chocolate & Compound (NA/LA)

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Sourcing Manager focused on chocolate and compound categories across North America and Latin America. You will lead sourcing initiatives that drive innovation, sustainability, risk management, and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for chocolate and compound raw materials.
• Manage supplier relationships and the overall supply base to secure competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with local business units and global category teams to share best practices and capture value.
• Lead programs that improve quality, service, cash flow, and productivity.
• Identify market insights, risks, and opportunities to shape ambitious sourcing plans.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, strategies, and processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience in FMCG or related industries.
• Experience with raw material purchasing, preferably in cocoa and chocolate.
• Degree in Administration, Engineering or related field; MBA in Supply Chain is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proven ability to lead multicultural teams and influence senior stakeholders.
