Procurement Productivity Specialist

About the role
This position supports spend category teams in developing and executing sourcing strategies, leveraging market insights and data analysis to drive productivity across packaging categories.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and track productivity projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of annual targets.
- Monitor project milestones, risks and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain productivity dashboards, KPI reports and savings tracking.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, standardize and optimize procurement workflows.
- Support packaging sustainability initiatives and the Design to Consumer Value (DTCV) program.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, category or project management.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with experience in spend and market analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cross‑functional projects simultaneously.
