Sportsbook Onboarding Project Manager

About the role

You will manage end‑to‑end delivery of Sportsbook integrations for Genius Sports clients, acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal product, engineering, support and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple integration and migration projects, ensuring scope, timelines and client expectations are met.
• Run and verify API integrations for Sportsbook and streaming data, track implementation requests and resolve issues quickly.
• Support clients through migrations to next‑generation platforms such as GTS and EDGE.
• Maintain accurate project tracking, documentation and client communications.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve delivery, tracking and support processes.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management, communication and organisational skills with ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Process‑oriented mindset focused on improving onboarding, documentation and delivery workflows.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Required skills

• Good understanding of APIs, including reading documentation and executing API calls.
• Knowledge of T‑SQL.
• Experience with Atlassian/Jira, Freshdesk and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the Sportsbook industry and major sports rules and workflows.
