Staff Brand Designer - Consumer

About the role

As a Staff Brand Designer you will set the visual standard for Kraken Consumer, creating both static and 3D assets that maintain a cohesive brand across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Design static 2D and 3D creative for product launches, campaigns, promotions and always‑on activity.
• Concept, model, light, texture and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D, from hero visuals to reusable asset libraries.
• Build scalable systems in Figma, including component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits.
• Apply AI‑assisted production tools where they add efficiency, and know when to rely on traditional workflows.
• Partner with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to ensure brand consistency while meeting regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of brand, static and 3D design experience, preferably in fintech, crypto or a regulated industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand work, 3D pieces, multi‑format adaptations and design systems.
• Ability to work quickly under fast turnarounds, multiple review rounds and late changes.
• Comfort operating within regulatory constraints and incorporating risk warnings or market‑specific requirements.

Required skills

• Expert command of Cinema 4D (modeling, lighting, materials, rendering).
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, auto‑layout, variables).
• Fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted production tools.
• Strong layout, hierarchy, typography and composition skills for multi‑language designs.
