Staff Product Designer

About the role

The Design team at Nu drives product development from ideation to rollout, creating valuable experiences for millions of users. As a Staff Product Designer you will shape intuitive, accessible products while collaborating across disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a technical reference, adapting market best practices and raising the team’s design bar.
• Influence business decisions by advocating for user‑centered design and building cross‑functional relationships.
• Inspire fellow designers, promote a healthy team culture, and collaborate with design teams in other Nu offices.
• Push UX/UI/visual execution boundaries and challenge the status quo.

Required profile

• Solid expertise in product design, including UI, UX, and research.
• Experience delivering digital products in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Ability to influence prioritization in agile settings and adapt to shifting priorities.
