Staff Product Designer (Remote)

About the role

As a Staff Product Designer at BairesDev, you will lead the end‑to‑end evolution of product experiences, shaping everything from discovery to delivery while ensuring design excellence and alignment with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable design systems for visual and functional consistency.
• Lead the full design process, turning complex problems into elegant, user‑centric solutions.
• Conduct deep user research and synthesis to validate concepts and guide product strategy.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product, and design teams to streamline shipping workflows.
• Implement Design Ops initiatives to improve internal design processes and team efficiency.
• Define long‑term design vision while overseeing execution of critical product features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or a senior design role.
• Proven expertise in Figma and building scalable design systems.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end product experiences from discovery to launch.
• Strong background in product strategy and user research.
• Proficiency in Design Ops and cross‑functional collaboration at scale.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
