Strategic Revenue Management Director

About the role

Cargill’s Food Enterprise is seeking a Strategic Revenue Management Director to shape pricing and revenue strategies across Latin America. The role will drive sustainable, profitable growth by aligning pricing, customer profitability, and commercial decision‑making with the company’s long‑term value creation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the regional pricing and revenue‑management strategy, governance, and roadmap.
• Develop fact‑based customer profitability frameworks and decision‑support tools to improve mix and commercial investments.
• Coordinate with internal partners to align regional and country priorities, establish governance, and enhance market insights.
• Lead customer negotiations with pricing recommendations, profitability analysis, and market insights.
• Build and oversee pricing and revenue performance reporting, analytics, and decision‑support processes.
• Conduct market pricing research, competitive intelligence, and elasticity analysis to shape pricing strategies.
• Implement continuous improvements to pricing and revenue‑management processes and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading pricing and revenue‑management functions at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams across the region.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth in a complex, multi‑country environment.
