Strategy & Operations Advisor – Remote

About the role

The Strategy & Operations Advisor will work directly with small‑business clients to guide pricing and strategic decisions while also shaping internal operational processes. This remote position blends client‑facing consulting with data‑driven analysis in a fast‑moving AI‑native startup.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow the founder on client calls for the first 1–2 months, then become the primary client contact.
• Identify patterns from client conversations and translate insights into product‑improvement ideas.
• Develop and document a client‑service playbook.
• Eventually recruit, train, and lead a client‑service team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data‑driven business analysis.
• Experience advising external clients or internal stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency, comfortable discussing business decisions with US‑based clients.
• Preferably a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Nice‑to‑have experience in management consulting, business strategy, data science, financial consulting, pricing analysis, or startup environments.
• Interest or experience with AI tools that improve operational processes.
