Strategy & Planning Associate

About the role

CloudKitchens is looking for a Strategy & Planning Associate to join its Bogotá office. You will support the leadership team by turning sales and operations data into actionable insights that drive growth across the company’s smart‑kitchen network.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve sales and operations analytics reports and dashboards.
• Build visualisations using SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to track key performance metrics.
• Monitor data quality, flag inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of operating metrics, formulate hypotheses, and present findings to senior leaders.
• Communicate analytical results clearly to support decision‑making and prioritisation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to implement sales initiatives and track their impact.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills.
• Background in data analytics.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
