Strategy & Transformation Consultant – Advisors

About the role

Mastercard Advisors’ Strategy & Transformation team helps global clients solve strategic, operational and transformational challenges. As a Consultant you will work on projects across industries, leveraging data, technology and consulting expertise to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on a variety of client projects, developing strategies and programs that unlock value using data and technology.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to identify key findings, prepare presentations and deliver recommendations to regional and global clients.
• Lead internal and client meetings, manage workstreams and contribute to project management activities.
• Develop trusted relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a reliable partner.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, product or line management.
• Demonstrated client or internal stakeholder management experience.
• Logical, structured thinking with strong numerical analysis affinity.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and communicate effectively in English.
