Success Manager

About the role

The Success Manager will act as a strategic advisor and growth partner for Addi’s most important merchants, driving product adoption, commercial outcomes and long‑term retention. This senior role leads a high‑impact portfolio and contributes to shaping Addi’s product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Key Accounts commercial team (15+ people), aligning them with business goals and fostering talent.
• Own relationships with top merchants, designing account plans, conducting monthly business reviews and delivering high‑impact commercial pitches.
• Drive merchant activation (≥90% within 30 days) and achieve ≥20% QoQ GMV growth through tailored enablement strategies.
• Implement performance management processes, KPIs and automated reporting to ensure commercial excellence.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales or Strategy, preferably in fintech, SaaS, payments or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record managing B2B portfolios and delivering measurable commercial impact.
• Strong communication and relationship‑management skills, able to influence decision‑makers at varying merchant maturity levels.
• Data‑driven problem‑solving mindset, comfortable using metrics such as GMV, activation, repayment and NPS.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in data‑visualisation tools such as Looker, PowerBI or equivalent.
