About the role
Equinix is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team responsible for master data, processing, and payment controls, ensuring compliance and timely execution of tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage team compliance with master data, processing, and payment controls.
- Allocate workload to meet SLAs and minimize backlogs.
- Resolve process errors across master data, purchasing, invoice processing, and payments.
- Handle complex supplier and business partner queries as first‑line approver for payment batches.
- Produce regular team KPIs and supervise month‑end close processes.
- Implement and document SOX‑required processes and procedures.
- Develop staff training material and deliver training to the team.
- Identify operational weaknesses and drive improvements.
- Manage special projects and provide regional training/support for GPO initiatives.
- Set short‑term team goals, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and lead recruitment for the area.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
