About the role
The Diet Supervisor ensures that dietary auxiliaries follow all processes and procedures for the distribution and delivery of meals to patients. This position coordinates schedules, monitors performance, and guarantees strict adherence to quality standards within a multicultural healthcare environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify that dietary auxiliaries execute meal distribution processes accurately.
- Organize and create work schedules for all diet auxiliaries.
- Monitor daily activities to ensure each auxiliary fulfills their duties completely.
- Inspect, verify, and enforce all quality formats, processes, and standards.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team.
- Leadership skills to supervise and guide dietary staff.
- Organizational talent for scheduling and process management.
