About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily production activities at our Cartagena facility. The role ensures smooth operations, quality compliance, and efficient use of resources while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take charge of service execution and allocate tasks to the team.
• Request and manage raw materials needed for additional services.
• Monitor proper use of raw materials and supplies.
• Supervise ongoing and completed production processes.
• Identify non‑conforming products, determine disposition, and report to the immediate supervisor and quality inspectors.
• Ensure cleaning and disinfection parameters are met to reduce contamination risks.
• Control personnel performance regarding compliance, efficiency, and quality.
• Oversee compliance with safety standards and promote a secure work environment.
• Promote adherence to company norms, programs, and policies.

Required profile

• Demonstrates punctuality, reports absences or emergencies promptly, and respects assigned work hours.
• Adheres to company regulations, policies, and ethical standards, including refusing gifts or cash from suppliers.
• Participates in scheduled trainings and meetings and provides information to leaders in a timely manner.
• Keeps work areas clean, orderly, and well‑maintained.
• Maintains good interpersonal relationships with the team and cares for assigned tools and equipment.
