About the role

Join GCG, a leading strategic partner in airline and airport services across the Caribbean and Latin America, as a Production Supervisor. You will lead a team to ensure high‑quality production, safety, and efficiency in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out service execution and oversee the distribution of tasks to staff.
• Request raw materials for additional services and ensure proper use of supplies.
• Supervise ongoing and finished production processes.
• Identify non‑conforming products, determine their disposition, and report to supervisors and quality inspectors.
• Ensure compliance with cleaning and disinfection parameters to reduce contamination risks.
• Monitor staff performance regarding compliance, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment by fostering good interpersonal relations, caring for assigned tools, and adhering to schedules and company policies.
• Promote adherence to company norms, attend trainings, provide timely information, and keep work areas clean and organized.
