Supply Chain Planner – LATAM (Bogotá)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Supply Chain Planner to ensure product availability across the LATAM region from our Bogotá hub. You will translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and purchasing plans, balancing customer needs with operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts to optimise inventory and guarantee product availability.
• Translate demand requirements into supply and purchasing plans for assigned countries.
• Monitor inventory performance, identify shortages, excess stock, obsolete items and risks.
• Manage trade‑offs between service level, inventory and operational constraints.
• Ensure timely replenishment execution and continuity of supply across the region.
• Support product lifecycle activities such as phase‑in, phase‑out, launches and CAPEX readiness.
• Leverage ERP and planning systems to analyse supply performance and drive improvements.
• Conduct detailed analyses, manage safety stock and develop contingency plans for disruptions.
• Track backorders, monitor service performance and close gaps.
• Prepare and present accurate information for stakeholders and leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience working across LATAM markets (preferred).
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Planning tools like Rapid Response.
• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
