System Trainee Apprenticeship

About the role

Join Hilton's Hotels team as a System Trainee apprentice, gaining hands‑on technical expertise while delivering memorable guest experiences. You will support engineers across multiple trades and develop a foundation for a career in engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Assist engineers with maintenance of guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Perform basic tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting and masonry under supervision.
• Participate in preventive maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Support administrative duties such as handling deliveries and running errands for materials.
• Collaborate with fellow apprentices and engineers to maintain a positive work environment.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership and a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to learn across multiple trades and complete online training.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of plumbing.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Basic carpentry skills.
• Understanding of HVAC principles.
• Ability to perform painting and masonry tasks.
