Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the technical infrastructure that enables business operations. You will analyze system requirements, build and integrate complex solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, test, and deploy mission‑critical systems across the enterprise.
• Install, maintain, and repair hardware and software components.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for server infrastructure and handle escalated tickets.
• Maintain regular communication and updates on ticket status.
• Administer systems and environment solutions for multiple projects with varying schedules.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal groups to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with warranty and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Windows Server systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in systems administration.
• Strong work ethic with reliable attendance.
• Ability to follow up on escalated tickets and provide timely updates.
