Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Publicis Production, part of Publicis Groupe's Intelligent Creativity business, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst in Bogotá, Colombia. The role supports end-to-end recruitment for creative, media, production, post-production and technology roles within a global offshoring delivery model, delivering a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for creative, media, production, post-production and technology roles
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and support hiring decisions
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and candidate communications
• Conduct initial screenings and ensure timely communication
• Support recruitment metrics and reports, and meet hiring SLAs
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data privacy standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• 2+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition or talent sourcing experience
• Experience sourcing creative, marketing, production or technology profiles
• Advanced English (B2+/C1)

Required skills

• ATS platforms and recruitment technologies
• LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and competency-based interviewing
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools
• Intermediate Excel and Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
