Talent Acquisition Coordinator (LATAM)

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its LATAM region. The role supports the recruitment process across Chile, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and Brazil, with a focus on a positive candidate experience and close partnership with recruiters and hiring managers. It suits someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support and partner with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews for professional vacancies.
• Track completion of pre-employment vetting and support hiring and pre-onboarding processes for new hires.
• Handle miscellaneous recruitment-related projects.
• Triage inquiries and connect employees to the right subject matter expert.
• Process contractor conversion offers in Workday as needed.
• Carry out general administrative work as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, with at least one year of relevant experience, including internships in Human Resources or recruitment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle confidential information accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Able to prioritize, adapt and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative and relationship-driven, working well across teams and business units.

Required skills

• Applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.
• Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar).
