About the role
This internship focuses on meeting recruitment needs for Stanley Black & Decker. You will post job ads, source candidates, and serve as the first point of contact, gathering experience, language proficiency, and salary expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Post, recruit, interview and evaluate candidates for various positions within SBD.
- Build applicant sources by researching job boards, universities, employment agencies and online sites.
- Coordinate candidate evaluations with leaders and ensure background checks are completed.
- Redirect qualified candidates to the hiring area.
Required profile
- 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, including recruitment, interviews and assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
