Talent Acquisition Leader – GBS

About the role

SGS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Leader for its Global Business Services (GBS) in the Americas. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on recruitment to build a high‑performing, scalable hiring operation across Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the GBS Americas Talent Acquisition team, covering Finance, HR, Procurement, IT and other GBS functions.
• Oversee the regional recruitment delivery model for all Latin American countries, focusing on job grades 9 and below.
• Ensure hiring service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction while standardising processes and tools.
• Personally manage end‑to‑end recruitment for critical GBS leadership and high‑impact positions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, LATAM HR Integration & Transformation team, and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, build talent pipelines and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote employer branding initiatives and optimise recruitment technology utilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition teams in a multinational environment.
• Hands‑on recruitment expertise, especially for GBS‑related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align recruitment with business objectives.
• Experience working across Latin America and familiarity with regional hiring practices.
