Talent Acquisition Team Leader (Remote, LATAM)

About the role

A remote, contractual Talent Acquisition Team Leader is sought to support the Talent Acquisition Director in overseeing recruitment operations. The role suits someone proactive, organized and skilled in leadership, communication and problem solving, and reports to the Talent Acquisition Director. It is open to candidates in LATAM countries, with a schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Talent Acquisition Director in managing the day-to-day operations of the recruitment team
• Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs such as time-to-fill, submissions and interview-to-hire ratios are met
• Ensure recruiting processes and best practices are followed across the team
• Evaluate interviews conducted by recruiters and give feedback to improve quality
• Check candidate profiles regularly before submission against role requirements and client expectations
• Train, mentor and onboard Talent Acquisition Specialists, and coach or correct performance gaps
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and help develop recruitment strategies, workflows and standards

Required profile

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or a similar role, with team management or leadership exposure
• Experience training, mentoring or coaching recruiters or Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and performance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset, professional and accountable, able to enforce processes while keeping good relationships with the team
