Talent and Culture Analyst

About the role

Turia GBS is seeking a Talent and Culture Analyst to drive learning, talent development, and cultural initiatives across the organization. You will partner with department heads to create experiences that enhance employee capabilities and embed desired behaviors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Identify training and development needs in collaboration with leaders and operational teams.
• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on training initiatives and encourage participation.
• Schedule, execute, and monitor learning pathways and skill‑based training plans aligned with role profiles.
• Support culture adoption through onboarding, learning, development, and change‑management programs.
• Assist in designing and delivering employee well‑being initiatives consistent with cultural guidelines.
• Track participation, coverage, quality, and effectiveness of learning and culture programs using KPIs and suggest enhancements.
• Facilitate employee development plans and career‑path initiatives.
• Manage relationships with training providers, evaluate proposals, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Social Communication, Pedagogy/Education or a related field.
• Fluent conversational English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 3 years of experience in talent development, training, or employee experience.
