Team Lead GBS eCommerce

About the role

Adidas' Global Business Services (GBS) DTC eCommerce CS Team Lead drives the financial integrity, compliance and accuracy of GBS activities for the Direct-to-Consumer channel. The role manages the team and keeps eCommerce processes sustainable, accurate and efficient across all entities in Latin America, acting as main finance point of contact, expert on eCommerce topics, and liaison between local Finance and GBS teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the eCommerce operations, ensuring timely and accurate daily, monthly, quarterly and year-end activities, including transaction analysis and MEC closing.
• Manage the team through coaching, training, motivation and performance appraisal guidance.
• Build strong partnerships with local markets in Latin America and report eCommerce KPIs accurately and on time.
• Keep documentation of DTP, SOPs, design documents and volumetric data up to date, and ensure internal controls comply with audits.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, manage audit processes and document completeness.
• Identify automation and process optimization opportunities, lead root cause analysis and solution design, and train staff on eCommerce accounting systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, finance or comparable professional education.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in similar functions, with proven people management of a medium-sized team.
• Experience in a shared services environment is an advantage.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
• Problem-solving, analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Deadline-driven, results-oriented, adaptable and able to mediate stakeholders to reach consensus.
