Team Leader AFR

About the role

DHL Colombia is hiring a Team Leader for the AFR service line, based at GSC BOG. The role leads the team of AFR specialists responsible for the AFR program, which optimizes and simplifies processes, increases productivity and adds value to customers and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the AFR specialist team, seeking operational excellence through respect and results.
• Measure and control the performance of the program and its resources against the objectives set during implementation.
• Control processes within quality standards and ensure compliance with administrative rules.
• Maintain good relationships with process owners and business partners and give timely feedback to the team.
• Define processes, SMART KPIs, roles and improvement opportunities with the support of the OpEx and Transition Manager.
• Analyze and present program capacity utilization and GSConnect usage and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
• At least 4 years of work experience and at least 1 year leading teams.
• Previous project management experience desirable; active leadership and teamwork.
• High-level English (speaking, writing and listening); high-level Portuguese desirable.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Teamwork and autonomy.

The contract is indefinite and directly with DHL Colombia.
