Team Leader – Operations (Barranquilla)

About the role

JVP Management Inc. is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage daily activities of both on‑site and remote teams in Barranquilla. The role ensures productivity, compliance, and high‑quality service across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operations of on‑site and remote teams.
• Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and overall performance.
• Ensure operational systems and work tools function properly.
• Provide operational support and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain regular communication with management and report operational updates.
• Lead weekly meetings with departments such as Legal Assistants, Intake Specialists, Property Damage Specialists, Case Managers, and Receptionists.
• Prepare weekly productivity and performance reports.
• Track KPIs, goals, and quality standards to ensure operational excellence.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and manage attendance‑related matters.
• Foster a collaborative, organized, and results‑driven work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience in team leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience managing teams of 15 or more employees.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+ preferred).
• Proactive, responsible, and results‑oriented mindset.
