About the role
IGT Solutions is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee an inbound sales campaign within its rapidly growing BPO operation in Bogotá. You will be responsible for guiding a team of 15‑20 agents, ensuring high performance, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and monitor agents, providing feedback on strengths and areas for improvement.
- Communicate policy, procedure, and process updates to the team.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements.
- Handle escalations from customers and clients promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company and client security policies (e.g., ZTP).
- Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain high morale.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Leader in a sales campaign.
- Flexibility to work any schedule, including weekends.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑intensity, fast‑paced environment.
