Tech Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tech Project Manager who can turn ideas into shipped software at startup speed. You will work directly with the founding team and engineers, guiding projects from concept through production while keeping quality high.

Key responsibilities

• Define scope, plan, execute and launch software projects on aggressive timelines.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of developers, designers and AI specialists, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, prioritize ruthlessly and ensure timely delivery.
• Iterate quickly: build, ship, gather feedback, refine and redeploy.
• Drive product launches with customers, collect usage data and promote adoption.
• Set clear milestones, hold the team accountable and focus on delivery over documentation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing software delivery with a strong technical context.
• Proven track record of shipping real products, preferably from inception to production.
• High‑energy, fast‑paced operator who thrives in early‑stage chaos and brings structure through execution.
• Excellent customer‑facing skills and ability to lead product roll‑outs directly with clients.

Required skills

• Low‑code or automation platforms.
• AI agents, APIs and webhooks.
• Ability to read code or prototype when needed.
