About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Tech Recruiter to join its fully remote, globally distributed team. You will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing technical talent across a variety of projects for high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of openings.
• Screen and filter candidates against defined parameters and job requirements.
• Craft candidate summaries and edit resumes to highlight relevant experience.
• Coordinate communication with internal hiring teams and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

• Proven experience in technical recruiting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, adaptable environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
