Technical Program Manager (LATAM Remote)
Cadre AI
Job description
About the role
Cadre AI is an AI strategy and integration firm that builds production AI systems for B2B companies. As Technical Program Manager, you own how work enters and moves through the company: every incoming client project passes through technical program management, and you help scope, sequence and plan its capacity. The role covers 25+ concurrent projects and combines capacity planning, hands-on automation of the management layer and close work with engineering and product.
Key responsibilities
- Own the intake pipeline: scoping, breaking work into deliverable phases and shaping it into a clear plan.
- Forecast capacity across 25+ concurrent engagements and track delivery signals, escalating risk early.
- Translate ambiguous client requests into clear technical scope with engineering leadership.
- Build automations for intake routing, status reporting, capacity snapshots and delivery-health dashboards.
- Design and ship agent workflows and MCP-based integrations connecting ClickUp, Slack and GitHub, and instrument the management layer with metrics and alerting.
- Manage external contractors, set integration and delivery standards, and remove technical blockers with the engineering team.
- Read unfamiliar codebases, run stakeholder conversations on scope and timeline, and keep project health visible to leadership.
- Maintain structured documentation and workflows in ClickUp and coordinate across distributed teams.
Required profile
- Deep expertise in software engineering, platform and integrations, or technical program management, with a track record of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Hands-on Python and TypeScript expertise, enough to read code, wire integrations and make architecture calls.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs into event-driven pipelines (webhooks, REST, queues).
- Fluency with LLM integration, MCP servers and agent workflows, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Capacity planning and program management instincts, and experience with production observability tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch or Sentry.
- Remote work across the US and Colombia, with strong written English.
Required skills
- Python and TypeScript (Node.js)
- API integrations and webhooks
- LLM integration, MCP servers and agent workflows
- ClickUp or comparable project-management tooling
What we offer
- Base pay of $3,000 - $4,000 per month.
- Ownership of the company's operating layer and an AI-native culture.
- Early access to new models through partnerships with Anthropic, OpenAI and YC.
- A small, bootstrapped, profitable team with clear accountability.
