About the role

Vantive is seeking a Technical Project Lead to head its IT Service & Digital Delivery Commercial Team. In this role you will guide a high‑performing group delivering innovative, client‑focused digital health solutions, ensuring projects align with corporate strategy and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of customer integrations and technical implementations.
• Manage a mixed model of internal resources and external partners to develop and maintain applications across customer service, e‑commerce, and digital health products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments, mentor team members, and act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery of differentiating capabilities that support market growth and profitability objectives.
• Balance the use of commercial‑specific development with enterprise platform standards.

• Proven experience leading technical teams in a digital health or related technology environment.
• Strong ability to align technical delivery with business goals and commercial objectives.
