Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive and support the roadmap for Taco Bell’s enterprise marketing measurement and optimization platform. You will lead large, complex initiatives using Agile methodologies, ensuring cross‑functional delivery and alignment between technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and manage workflows across Data Science, Data Engineering, App Engineering, and MLOps teams.
• Create and maintain JIRA boards, tickets, and backlogs as the central source of truth for project execution.
• Facilitate technical feasibility decisions and ensure validation and production readiness of models, pipelines, and applications.
• Develop detailed project timelines, roadmaps, and identify dependencies and critical path activities.
• Partner with Marketing, Analytics, Data & Technology teams and external vendors to align priorities, deliverables, and objectives.
• Track tasks, dependencies, risks, and deliverables using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and roadmap tools.
• Support data pipelines and model deployment within Snowflake, AWS (S3, SageMaker), DBT, and MLFlow environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably leading complex data and technology initiatives.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint execution, and Scrum ceremonies.
• Excellent communication skills for facilitating discussions and aligning stakeholders, including executive leadership.
