Technical Project Manager (Remote, Contractor)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Project Manager to own end‑to‑end delivery of software, product, hardware, and operations initiatives. Working remotely as an independent contractor, you will coordinate the full build lifecycle of games, activations, physical technology, and internal tools while safeguarding timelines, budgets, scope, and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, on‑scope delivery.
• Run multiple concurrent projects, maintaining timelines, roadmaps, dashboards, and risk registers.
• Own and optimize ClickUp as the central project‑management system, creating workflows, templates, and reporting structures.
• Develop and enforce scalable PM processes, SOPs, and checklists to reduce rework and delays.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including sales, operations, creative, software, fabrication, logistics, finance, vendors, field teams, and clients—and act as the communication bridge.
• Protect margins by tracking change orders, billbacks, and recoverable expenses.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, multi‑disciplinary projects in a remote or distributed environment.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on building systems and processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables.
