Technical Recruiter

About the role

INSPYR Global Solutions is growing its delivery team supporting large US enterprise clients. As a Technical Recruiter you will join the Medellín office and source and submit technology talent for high-priority US roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The position is open to citizens of the country of employment or those authorized to work there.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and submit qualified candidates for technology positions at large US enterprise clients
• Deliver quality submittals quickly against tight turnaround times
• Work closely with US-based account managers and sales teams on requirements and priorities
• Conduct phone and video screens in English to assess technical fit, communication and availability
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in the ATS
• Meet weekly submittal, interview and placement goals

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills (B2 or higher), with a clear, confident phone presence when speaking with US clients and candidates
• At least 6 months of recruiting experience on technology positions for enterprise-level, US-based companies
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment delivering submittals quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong organization, follow-through and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience supporting MSP/VMS programs
• Familiarity with JobDiva or similar ATS platforms
• Experience recruiting for large tech or enterprise accounts
