Technical Support Analyst – 100% Remote

About the role

Influx is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote assistance to enterprise customers, investigate technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of SaaS and IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage support tickets: receive, investigate, prioritize, and track technical requests using ticketing platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues across operating systems, networking, servers, and SaaS applications.
• Document findings: record symptoms, steps taken, logs, and test results.
• Escalate complex incidents to appropriate technical teams with complete information.
• Communicate status updates and resolutions to customers professionally.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in technical support, help desk, or SaaS support.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and server environments.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) for written and spoken communication.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ownership of tickets.

Required skills

• Ticketing platforms such as Zendesk, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow.
• Fundamental Linux command line usage.
• Understanding of IP addressing, DNS, TCP/IP, and network latency.
• Basic concepts of cloud computing, SaaS services, containers and Kubernetes.
