Technology Trainer for Clinical Trial Platform

About the role

The Technology Trainer will develop and manage product training and knowledge content for a complex clinical trial technology platform. This role bridges technical writing and instructional design, ensuring training materials align with end‑user workflows and product releases.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future training needs for each software release and create technical user guides, presentations, e‑learning modules, and classroom exercises.
• Maintain curriculum design, competency assessments, and testing materials for various user roles.
• Monitor training effectiveness, report ROI, and continuously improve course content based on user feedback.
• Build and update a customer‑facing product knowledge base, integrating new functionality and release documentation.
• Deliver customized classroom and online training sessions, and support internal knowledge consolidation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health‑related field, or licensed healthcare professional.
• 3–10+ years of experience in health sciences, allied health, or IT, with prior training experience in classroom and online settings.
• Strong attention to detail, enthusiasm for learning, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level) and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA Guidance, EU Directives, ISO14155, and drug/device development regulations.
• Familiarity with web‑based communication tools for training delivery.
• Technical aptitude for quickly learning new software and general computer hardware/software proficiency.
