Total Rewards People Experience Lead

About the role

Convatec is looking for a Total Rewards People Experience Lead to play a key global role in shaping and improving how reward and mobility services are delivered. The role sits at the intersection of Total Rewards and operational excellence, translating Reward strategy into practical, scalable services that are accurate, efficient and well governed. It is a senior, hands-on leadership position based in Bogotá, requiring close collaboration across regions and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality Reward and Mobility services.
• Own and continuously improve end-to-end operational processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, controls and accountability.
• Translate Total Rewards strategy into practical, scalable services, partnering with Reward COEs and regional stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes using technology and data.
• Use data and operational insights to find root causes and drive the right actions.
• Strengthen service governance, process controls and performance measures.
• Partner with People, Technology, Finance and other business services teams to improve cross-functional processes.
• Balance global consistency with local requirements across supported countries and regions.

Required profile

• Background in Total Rewards, HR Operations, People Services or Shared Services, showing personal ownership of improved processes.
• Experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits or related People Operations.
• Experience in a Shared Services / GBS environment.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end processes and experience simplifying or automating processes with tangible results.
• Strong analytical judgment, stakeholder confidence, and people leadership experience.
• Experience working across more than one country or region.
• Strong written and spoken English.

• Cloud-based HR platforms such as Workday.
• Reward process exposure across the UK, Asia-Pacific and/or Latin America.
• Mobility or broader Reward administration experience.
• Additional languages.
