Track & Trace / Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Track & Trace / Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will also act as a Logistics Coordinator for our operations supporting a U.S. trucking carrier. The role is based on‑site in Bogotá and involves maintaining load visibility, communicating with customers, and ensuring smooth shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Track and monitor loads from pickup to delivery, updating status in the TMS.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers via email and phone.
• Conduct check calls to maintain shipment visibility and identify potential delays.
• Escalate operational issues to the appropriate teams and support contracted lane operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, data records, and trailer utilization.

Required profile

• Previous logistics experience (required).
• English level B2+ (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) or logistics tracking systems.

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Salary: 2,700,000 COP per month plus transportation allowance.
• Full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week.
• On‑site work in Bogotá.
